I’m proud to say I was a preemie! Born just shy of 28 weeks and weighing a mere 2 pounds 4 ounces, I spent my first 10 weeks of life in the NICU.
As the founder of Team Preemie, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, I’m committed to helping support premature babies and families.

Marcella has an MSN, RN, and RNC-NIC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Core Certification). With many years of NICU experience, she’s been with me since the day I was born and cared for me during my entire 10-week stay in the NICU. I love her and quite literally trust her with my life!
