Ambassador Spotlight: Paige and Miles Djawadi

Meet Paige and Miles Djawadi, proud inaugural members of Team Preemie’s Ambassador Program! Born 9 weeks early as twin preemies, Paige and Miles jumped at the opportunity to support Team Preemie’s mission and to be a voice for preemies in their community.

On a sunny morning, we got together, had breakfast, and shared our preemie stories. Currently 6th graders, I loved hearing about their interests, like club soccer, tennis and piano.

But what I enjoyed most was hearing their gratitude for those who helped them as preemies, and their passion to give back to the preemie community.

So, we got down to business! In no time, they were assembling Preemie Packets like pros. They’ll be donating them to local hospitals, and I’ll be sure to share their experience in a future blog post soon.
