Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital

While in Chicago, I made sure to visit the Level III Renée Schine Crown NICU, part of the Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital.

Providing care for ~1,600 premature or seriously ill newborns annually, I met two staff team members whose smiles lit up the room. It’s a common occurrence during my NICU visits, but every time it happens, it’s simply the best feeling in the world. We chatted about my personal preemie journey, my Team Preemie Packet donations, and why I’m dedicated to giving back to this amazing community.
