On my road trip to Virginia, some Team Preemie Packet donations were destined for the NICU at the University of Virginia Health Children’s Hospital. Ranked as Virginia’s #1 Children’s Hospital for four years running, and nationally ranked in eight pediatric specialties (#26 for Neonatology), I was fortunate to meet a talented member of this Level IV NICU team.

I shared my story and expressed my thanks for dedicated professionals like her who provide life-altering care for preemies like me.
